July 2 2025 — The highly anticipated International Building Expo 2025 has officially been scheduled for August 14–17 at the National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara, under the theme: “The Road to Success, Guyana 2030 and Beyond.”

The official media launch took place on Friday evening and featured key officials including Minister of Housing and Water, Collin Croal, Minister within the Ministry, Susan Rodrigues, Permanent Secretary Bishram Kuppen, and CH&PA’s Director of Operations, Denise King-Tudor, along with other stakeholders and private sector representatives.

Minister Croal described the Expo as a platform for innovation, collaboration, and investment, aimed at promoting inclusive and resilient community development. He noted that the event is expected to showcase the evolving architectural, construction, and housing landscape as Guyana accelerates towards its 2030 development goals.

Minister Rodrigues announced that this year’s edition will be the largest since the Expo’s return, attracting numerous international companies—a clear indication of Guyana’s rising profile as a prime investment destination in the region.

Interest in the Expo is already high, with 268 of the 373 booths reserved and 122 fully paid for, reflecting strong local and international engagement.

For more information about participation or attendance, interested parties can contact the Expo Secretariat via:
