RAPE ACCUSED

    Guyana Police Force Deputy Commissioner of Police Fizal Karimbaksh who is also the head of the Special Organized Crime is accused of raping a police officer two times and putting a gun to her head and threatening to kill her.
    The Policewoman has made an official police report and more that five days ago and today, Deputy Commissioner of Police Fizal Karimbaksh continues to operate within his capacity with full powers and responsibility as a member of the Guyana Police Force despite public calls for him to vacate his office and allow ongoing investigations to be conducted into the rape and death threats allegation in an environment free from fear and interference.
