When ranks approached Room 5 of an Apartment Building on the premises, it was found that the room was secured but unoccupied.

The ranks gained entry to said room and upon entering, it was found to be a self-contained one with kitchen bathroom and a sitting area.

During a search of the bathroom area in the presence of Nicholas, one salt bag was observed and it was opened.

Within, there were six parcels wrapped in black and transparent scotch tape.

When the items were unwrapped, it was found to be cocaine.

The businessman who was cautioned, informed police detectives that he rented the room to a male over just about a month ago but could not provide any information on the tenant or his whereabouts.

The police continued their search of the entire facility inclusive of the night club and apartment building but nothing else of an evidential value or nature were found.
