Trophy Stall is providing the KFC Goodwill International School Football Tournament with stunning trophies with the final set for Sunday between Chase Academic Foundation and Trinidad’s St. Benedict’s College.

At a simple handing over ceremony on Friday at the Trophy Stall’s newly opened South Road location, Co-Director of the Petra Organisation, Troy Mendoca expressed gratitude for Trophy Stall’s unwavering support throughout the tournament. “Trophy Stall has been a vital partner since the beginning, and we appreciate Ramesh Sunich for his commitment to helping this event thrive,” Mendonca stated.

Ramesh Sunich, whose business has recently expanded, emphasized the importance of supporting sports in the country. “It’s a pleasure to back football, and I thank the Petra Organisation for including us in this tournament. Trophy Stall has proudly sponsored various sports competitions for four years and across the last decade,” he noted.

The tournament, which kicked off earlier this month, will conclude this Sunday. Competing teams included defending champions Chase Academy, West Ruimveldt Secondary, Annai Secondary, Jose Viera School from Boa Vista, Kingston College from Jamaica, Anglican Central Educational Authority from the Bahamas, and Nickerie Technical from Suriname.

The event also boasts support from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport, Royal International Hotel, Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry, Trans Guyana Airways, and New GPC.
