Miami takes a 3-0 lead; Nuggets look to close out Lakers tonight.

If they was ever any doubt as to the superiority of the Miami Heat’s offense or defense or a sense of luck on their path to the conference finals, all was cast away in last night’s blowout victory over the Boston Celtics.
Miami’s dominance over one of the league’s best defensive units continues to be on showcase with every passing game. Miami is dominating Boston in ways never before exploited. The Celtics outrebounded the Heat 57-35 (+22).
In the 3 games played so far of the eastern conference finals, Celtics’ main stars have yet to record a single field goal in the fourth quarter. By the fourth quarter, this game was already settled.
Together, Brown and Tatum combined for 26 points on 35 shots shooting 12/35. And while Jimmy Butler had a soft offensive night, Gabe Vincent shot 3/9 threes en route to a game-high 27 points shooting 79% percent from the field.
Over in the West, Nuggets continue to make light work of the Lakers, disposing of them in game 3 108-119 in a game where Jokic didn’t even look like his usual self. Coming into this game on the back of 4 consecutive triple-double.
Jamal Murray scored 37 points and KCP added 12 of his 17 points in the fourth to ensure that Nuggets go into tonight’s game with a healthy 3-0.
The Nuggets will look to close out the series tonight and be rested in preparation for Miami Heat, who will look to do the same in their respective finals tomorrow night.
