Cuban National Fatally Stabbed in La Penitence

48-Y-O Cuban National Ariel Betancourt Ramiel was found dead on Saturday at Middle Road LaPenitence.
According to Police, Ramiel was discovered lying motionless on an access road with what appeared to be stab wounds.
A doctor from the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation examined him at the scene and pronounced him dead.
Investigators recovered a knife believed to have been used in the attack from a nearby drain. The weapon has been lodged as evidence as the probe continues.
The body has been transported to the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, where it awaits a post-mortem examination.
CCTV footage from the area is being reviewed, and detectives are pursuing several leads. No arrests have yet been made, and investigations remain ongoing.
