First Lady Expands Back-to-School Support with Distribution to Orphanages

Building on recent efforts to support children’s education, First Lady Arya Ali has extended her outreach by distributing over 200 additional backpacks and school supplies to children from nine orphanages.

This initiative follows the distribution of more than 500 backpacks to children from various communities earlier this month.

The donations are part of the First Lady’s ongoing commitment to the “Adopt-an-Orphanage” initiative, which aims to provide essential resources to children in need.

During her visit to the orphanages, First Lady Ali not only distributed the school supplies but also took the time to engage with the children, emphasizing the importance of education in building a brighter future.

She posited that the future of our nation depends on the education of our children, noting that by investing in their education, we are laying the foundation for a better tomorrow.

The initiative is part of the broader efforts by the Office of the First Lady to support vulnerable communities and ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed in school.

The distribution of backpacks and supplies is expected to alleviate some of the financial burdens faced by caregivers, allowing children to focus on their studies as the new school year begins.

As the new school year approaches, the First Lady’s outreach is a reminder of the ongoing need to support education and ensure that all children, regardless of their circumstances, have the tools they need to thrive.
