Murder charge for Linden double killing suspect.

Murder charges are to be read tomorrow to the man who was captured in a house at Wismar, Linden, after Johnson Bowen and Manuel De Santos were shot dead.
Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum told Big Smith News Watch that legal advice has been obtained to charge the suspect.
That individual is almost certain to also be later charged with the attempted murder of Denzil Roberts, 20, who was shot in the face and remains in critical condition.
Also being questioned by Major Crimes Unit detectives is 30-year-old Troy Bruce, called ‘Blacka’, who surrendered to police on Sunday, after a wanted bulletin was issued for him.
Earlier, Crime Chief Blanhum stated that the dead bandit whose badly chopped body was found in a house had been identified as Anthony Dennis.
Still at large is John Ross, called ‘JR’, whose last known address was given as Five Corner, Linden.
It is alleged that the wife of 58-year-old De Santos awoke at around 04.00 hrs on Saturday, May 13, after hearing strange noises in the living room.
She then saw three men in the house. Two were armed with guns and were dragging Johnson Bowen, who was hearing impaired.
Her 20-year-old nephew, Denzil Roberts, who lives nearby, reportedly barged through the front door and began to struggle with one of the robbers. Bowen and De Santos then armed themselves with a stick and cutlass and began to beat and chop the intruders.
The intruders opened fire, fatally wounding Roberts, and Bowen, while leaving De Santos badly wounded.
