Having participated in a recent 3×3 high-performance camp in Guyana, Vincente acknowledged that his training regimen has evolved.
“Some of the things would be about being in better condition, because the game is played faster and more physical, being more vocal and playing defense. These are things we learned at the camp and I have had to change my preparations because it would not just help me in 3×3 but also in 5×5,” he emphasized.
This marks a historic moment, as it will be the first time Guyana sends a basketball team to the Commonwealth Games, and Vincente is excited to be part of this milestone.
