Williams pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while his breath alcohol level exceeded the prescribed legal limit.

For the offence of driving without a licence, he was fined $25,000 or, in default, two weeks’ imprisonment. He was also fined $25,000 or two weeks’ imprisonment for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Additionally, Williams was fined $60,000 or six weeks’ imprisonment after pleading guilty to driving with a breath alcohol level above the legal limit.
