September 29, 2025 – A 20-year-old orthopedic technician was today remanded to prison after being charged under the Cyber Crime Act of 2018 for allegedly transmitting private images of well-known social media personality ‘Lola Doll’.

The accused, Treveir Sinclair, called “Tratts”, of West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, is employed at the Georgetown Public Hospital. He was arrested on September 10, 2025, by ranks from the Alberttown Police Station.

Sinclair appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court #3, where he was charged with the offence of “Transmitting of a Private Area of a Person,”. The alleged victim has been identified as Lolita Callender, popularly known as “Lola Doll.”

The charge was read to Sinclair, who entered a plea of not guilty. Bail was refused, and he was remanded to prison.
