Lethem Resident Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter

October 26 2024 – Fabian Abrahams, a 24-year-old from Kanuku Drive, Lethem, has admitted to manslaughter in connection with the death of Leron Ault, a drinking companion, during a 2020 altercation.
Appearing before Justice Sandil Kissoon in the Demerara High Court on Tuesday, Abrahams pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of manslaughter.
The incident occurred on March 25, 2020, after Abrahams intervened in an argument involving Ault and another individual at a workshop where they had been drinking with friends.
