EU-backed pizza masterclass returns June 15–16

The Delegation of the European Union in Guyana has announced an update on its ongoing pizza competition, confirming that the second Pizza Masterclass will be held on June 16 and facilitated by instructor Marco Carlesso.

The two-day training sessions, scheduled for June 15 and 16, are being supported by the Embassy of Italy in Panama and the Scuola Pizzaioli.
The masterclasses will provide participants with hands-on culinary training in authentic pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, ingredient selection, stretching methods and high-temperature oven baking.
Organisers say entrants in the competition will gain practical experience in creating, shaping and baking their own pizzas as part of the broader skills development initiative linked to the contest.
