Hundreds of allottees from Laurentia/Catherina and Vriesland in Region Three are today receiving their Certificates of Title at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, as part of the ongoing Dream Realised Housing Drive being held during the International Building Expo 2026.

The exercise, taking place on the second day of the expo, is aimed at moving beneficiaries one step closer to full homeownership by providing them with the legal documents needed to secure ownership of their properties.

The initiative forms part of the government’s continued efforts to expand homeownership opportunities for Guyanese and accelerate the processing and distribution of land titles.

Minister of Housing and Water Collin Croal, along with technical staff from the ministry and the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA), is on site overseeing the exercise and ensuring the distribution process proceeds smoothly.

The Dream Realised Housing Drive is one of several activities being hosted alongside the International Building Expo 2026 at the Guyana National Stadium.
