The International Building Expo 2026 wraps up today, giving members of the public one final opportunity to experience Guyana’s largest building and construction exhibition.

With more than 500 booths under one roof, this year’s expo has become the biggest of its kind, offering something for everyone—from builders, contractors and investors to prospective homeowners looking for inspiration for their next project.

Visitors can explore the latest innovations in housing, construction materials, home décor, technology and sustainable living, while engaging directly with local and international exhibitors.

Beyond the exhibits, patrons can also enjoy a vibrant food court featuring a wide variety of local and international cuisine, along with fun-filled games and attractions designed to keep children entertained throughout the day.

The expo officially opened on Thursday evening at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, under the theme, “Guyana at 60: Building Strong Foundations for a Sustainable Future.” Since then, thousands of visitors have turned out to experience the wide range of products, services and entertainment on display.

As the curtains come down on International Building Expo 2026, organisers are encouraging the public to take advantage of the final day and night to explore the exhibits, support local businesses and enjoy one of Guyana’s premier events.
