The final day of the Dream Realised Housing Drive is underway at the Guyana National Stadium as part of the International Building Expo 2026, attracting a large turnout of allottees.

Today’s exercise is focused on the distribution of Certificates of Title to persons who were allocated house lots at Lusignan, Region Four, bringing them another step closer to full homeownership.

Minister of Housing and Water, Collin Croal, and Minister within the Ministry, Vanessa Benn, along with technical officers from the Ministry, are on site facilitating the title distribution process and engaging with allottees as they receive the important legal documents.

The Dream Realised Housing Drive forms part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to accelerate the processing and delivery of Certificates of Title to eligible allottees, ensuring more Guyanese can secure legal ownership of their properties.
