Residents of Vive La Force Block A, West Bank Demerara, today moved closer to full homeownership as they processed their Agreements of Sale for previously allocated residential lots, while others advanced further by processing their Certificates of Title.

This was done today at the final day of the ‘Dream Realised’ event being held at the International Building Expo 2026.

The exercise marked another key milestone in the ongoing housing drive aimed at facilitating homeownership for Guyanese families.

Minister of Housing Collin Croal and Minister within the Ministry Vanessa Benn were present and engaged with beneficiaries as documents were issued and processed.

Officials say the initiative continues to form part of government’s wider commitment to delivering affordable housing solutions and securing land ownership for citizens across the country.
