Port Kaituma Businessman Fined for Narcotics Possession

May 6, 2025 – A 24-year-old businessman from Turn Basin, Port Kaituma, North West District, was fined G$75,900 after pleading guilty to a narcotics possession charge.

Laurie Naughton appeared before the Port Kaituma Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was formally read to him.

Naughton admitted to the offence and was subsequently ordered to pay the fine.
