STATEMENT ON COURT RULING AGAINST KERON BRUCE

Many of you were saved from the slander and defamatory publications against you, your mother, brother, sister, a close friend or someone you look up to by Mudwata Keron Bruce.

At the rate Mudwata Keron Bruce was going, it was just a matter of time before he got around to you and one of those persons I mentioned above.

CONVICTED CRIMINAL KERON BRUCE

I did what many of you who were slandered and defamed by Mudwata Keron Bruce were afraid to do because you felt that the attacks would have been more nastier. I am cognizant that not everyone would be as strong as I was to stand up to Mudwata Keron Bruce, it was not easy.

I received threats to my life in relation to this matter, I was told that I need to park my vehicle for a while and use different vehicles to move around because of who were funding Mudwata Keron Bruce operations and that they were afraid that the police matter would expose them. I did not allow that to deter me but I had communicated these threats to people close to me so they knew what I was dealing with. I did not go to the police because an individual was not named or identifed as the person who will come after me.

“What I did was stand up to the school bully who everyone else in the school was afraid to confront.”

Many persons are unaware that before my initial report against Keron Bruce was made to the police, I was the subject of bullying and on the receiving end of slanderous and defamatory content uploaded by Mudwata on three occasions. I overlooked and ignored those things and carried on with my business.

How long will someone sit and be poked in the eyes?

Every content that was uploaded about me by Mudwata received thousands of views and reaction because of who I am and the fact that I am in public life. Mudwata had a fetish of going after people who are popular or known in society as it automocally generates reactions and took viewership up.

When TikTok stated gaining momentum in Guyana, Mudwata created an account on that platform. In an effort to attract followers, I was the perfect target because Guyanese seems to love a bugger scandal. He struck gold in the form of likes and reactions when he used my imaged and slanderd and defamed me to build his TikTok following.

If in the past I had come up against Keron Bruce or had wronged him in anyway, his attacks on me would have meant nothing to me because I would been contended that he was getting even or satisfying himself. The reality is, I have never done the young man anything and never crossed him in an offensive way before he stated creating content with my image and name on social media.

It is only natural… when you keep coming and going after someone in an unjust manner, they will react, they will hit back and they will seek to defend themselves in many ways and forms that will best satisfy them. When people know they are being unfairly tarted and being boxed in, they will fight back.

My reaction and my fight back was done using the available lawful and legal procedures and Keron Bruce being convicted was the reward that I got.

Keron Bruce demeanor in the lead up to the court’s decision in this matter was very two faced and disingenuous to say the least.

What many of you don’t know, except for some people who are very close to me, was that on July 05, 2024, I went to court with my only intentions to tell the magistrate that I had forgiven Keron Bruce and that I no longer wanted to comtinue my matter against him. That was my only reason for going to court that day. It was the day he took his son with him to court.

While waiting to enter the court room, Keron Bruce saw me standing and texting on my phone, I swear on my life…. Keron Bruce walked up to be and Bodley brace me into a corner of the wall and literally stepped on my right foot. In the process my phone almost fell out of my hands. People who were standing there could attest to this if they are seeing this post. On that day, Keron Bruce wanted to force a reaction from me, I did not give him the gas.

Moments later, our matter was called and the magistrate announced that he was not in a position to make a ruling. He asked us if we had anything to say and Keron told the court the that he wanted to know “what it was that Leroy Smith wanted so that I can give it to him and get my life back on track, even if he wants a compensation he can say how much and I will give it to him so that my life can return to normalcy”. I must admit that on that day, what he said to the court was both touching and emotional for me.

I kid you not…. Keron would not have had to even meet so far in his spoken words to the court because my mind was made up to forgive him that day and end the matter.

But how in my human mind and human reaction, could I have followed through with what I really went to court for that day after he did what he did outside the court room to me?

All the compassion I went to the court with that day went through the window after Keron braced me into that wall and stepped on my foot. I went to court on July 05, 2024 to ensure that he was rid of the charges against him.

After he was finished his spoken words in the court, the magistrate asked me if I had anything to say and I said yes. I told the magistrate I needed justice. My response would have been different had he not done what he did outside the court room.

After he did what he did i looked up at all four corners of the walls in that area to see if there were CCTV Cameras because I wanted to request that the police or the court review it to see what had happened. There are no cameras in that area.

So you see, everyone is commenting on this matter without understanding the underlying issues and the manner, posture and demenour of Keron Bruce in public as against behind closed doors and behind his computer system.

Keron Bruce did me wrong and while others might preferred to unleash a different kind of offensive aginst him, I chose a legal and lawful route. Anytime I had reacted to Keron Bruce in a physical manner for what he posted on social media about me, these same set of people commenting and carrying on about the matter and outcome and my decision to act lawfully, would have been bashing me for not going to the police.

I did not take matters into my own hands, I went to the police, I placed the matter in the hand of the police, the law took its course and the justice that Keron Bruce and the Justice that I got is what we both deserve.

Many of you when this matter started quoted scriptures and called on God to handle the matter and have his way. I have the screen shots, I have the comments from 2021 and 2022. NO MAN IS POWERFUL THAN GOD, you called on God to have his way in the matter and he had his way in the amtter, what is the issue now? what are you now fussing and in some cases doubting the will and direction of the God you called upon in 2021 and 2022. Stop flying in the face of God and allow his will to be done. Stop being double edged swords and stop speaking with fork tongues.

NONE OF YOU will be comfortable with your name, character and image being used in public in a slanderous manner. None of you are in my shoes and while some of you might have been here at the hands of others, you are silent maybe because of who are involved. But be true to yourselves, will you allow these kinds of attacks on you or your family?

Good always triumphs over evil and that is the teaching and belief that many of you have, those were also some of the words that many of you spoke in favour of Keron Bruce when this matter first started,

FINALLY…….you know the saying…. TIME WILL TELL?

Well what many of you may think is the evil might actually be the good and what you might think is the good might actually be the evil.

Keron Bruce is a Convicted Criminal who carried out cyber crime offenses against many persons and on August 16, 2024 he got the reward he deserved and has to pay the consequences for his actions.

THINK ABOUT ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU PRESS THAT CONTRIBUTE BUTTON ON THAT GOFUND ME AND ASK YOURSELF IF WHAT HE HAS DONE IS SOMETHING YOU REALLY DEEP IN YOUR HEARTS WOULD SUPPORT HAD IT BEEN DONE TO YOU OR PEOPLE YOU CARE ABOUT.
