Preparations for the highly anticipated International Building Expo 2024 are in full swing, with over 350 local and international exhibitors set to present cutting-edge construction technologies and services.

Yesterday, Minister within the Ministry of Housing Susan Rodrigues visited the expo venue, announcing that 24 international companies from Europe, China, Zambia, India, the United States, Brazil, Barbados, Trinidad and Suriname, among others, will participate this year. This diverse international presence highlights the global interest in Guyana’s construction sector.

The Expo’s Small Business Avenue is fully booked, offering Guyanese small businesses a significant platform for growth and new opportunities. This dedicated space will enable local entrepreneurs to connect with industry leaders, potential investors, and customers, fostering business development and innovation.

In addition to the impressive lineup of exhibitors, a variety of model homes will be on display, providing attendees with a glimpse of the latest trends and advancements in residential construction.

The International Building Expo 2024 promises to be a landmark event, bringing together industry professionals, stakeholders, and the public to explore and engage with the future of construction.
