Timheri Policing Group member assaults female pump attendant

October 2 2026
A pump attendant was knocked unconscious after being attacked during a confrontation at Shawnee Gas Station, Soesdyke, on Wednesday.
The woman, identified as Ashley Romascindo, of the Kuru Kururu squatting area, was reportedly attacked after she refused to assist in loading several gas bottles onto a canter.
According to information provided by her family, the man involved has been identified as Andika Ferrier, who they said is a member of the Timheri/Soesdyke Policing Group.
The family alleges that Ferrier became aggressive after Romascindo refused to help load the gas bottles and slapped her, causing her to lose consciousness and fall to the ground.
They further allege that he verbally abused the woman and called her derogatory names during the confrontation.
Romascindo’s family is now calling for justice and a proper investigation into the incident.
They also allege that Ferrier’s political connections have influenced how the matter has been handled by police, claiming that this has prevented his arrest and a full investigation.
The family is urging the authorities to treat the allegations seriously and ensure that the circumstances surrounding the reported assault are properly investigated.
