Taxi driver, rival dead following clash at Bare Root

Two men are dead following a violent altercation over a woman at Bare Root, East Coast Demerara, moments ago.
According to information reaching BIG Smith News Watch, one of the men — the child’s father of the woman at the centre of the dispute — died at the scene.
He is reportedly from Enterprise.
The second man, a taxi driver from Bare Root Line Top, was rushed to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
He has been identified as Kevin, also known as “Racoon.”
Reports suggest that the confrontation began after the man learned that his child’s mother was allegedly in a relationship with the taxi driver.
During the encounter, the two reportedly stabbed each other.
The incident is said to have occurred just moments ago, and details remain sketchy as investigations continue.
