The Royal International Hotel has announced that it has reached an amicable resolution with Ms Esther Sage, following an incident that occurred on the property last year.

In a statement, the hotel stated that after becoming aware of the guest’s claims on social media, management immediately launched a thorough internal investigation into the matter.

According to the statement, the issue has since been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

The hotel also extended well wishes to the guest, expressing hope for her speedy recovery and indicating that it looks forward to welcoming her again in the future.

Esther Sage alleged that she had fell due to water on the floor while staying as a guest and suffered injuries.
