Police Discover 328.4 Grams of Marijuana at Anna Catherina
Yesterday afternoon, ranks from Regional Police Division #3 conducted a ‘cordon and search’ exercise at Church Street, Anna Catherina, West Coast Demerara, resulting in the discovery of 328.4 grams of suspected marijuana.
During the operation, officers found a bulky black plastic bag hidden in a heap of grass next to a fence. The bag contained leaves, seeds, and stems suspected to be cannabis.
The suspected cannabis was seized and taken to the Leonora Police Station, where it was weighed and confirmed to be 328.4 grams.
