Nursing Assistant Wanted for Falsely Claiming Presence at Adriana Younge Post-Mortem

May 5 2025– The Guyana Police Force (GPF) has launched an immediate investigation into a voice note allegedly made by Tiana Serena Lewis-King, a nursing assistant residing at Lot 12A Rosemary Lane, South Cummingsburg.
In the recording, Lewis-King falsely claimed to have been present at the post-mortem examination of Adriana Younge and alleged she was sent by the Minister of Health.
According to a police report, upon being contacted by police, the Minister of Health firmly denied any involvement or knowledge of Lewis-King.
Attorney-at-law Darren Wade, who represents the family of the deceased and was present during the post-mortem, confirmed to police that Lewis-King was not in attendance. Dr. Caleb McCloggan, who was also present on behalf of the family, corroborated Wade’s statement. McCloggan stated he recognized the voice in the recording as Lewis-King’s, identifying her as a nurse aide who graduated last year. He confirmed she was not at the examination.
Further review by the GPF of video footage taken during the post-mortem confirmed that:
Tiana Serena Lewis-King was not present at any time during the procedure;
The three qualified foreign pathologists in attendance did not consult any nurse assistants or aides; and
No attendees were asked to write down their names.
The GPF has deemed the recording an apparent attempt to create public mischief and obstruct justice. As a result, a wanted bulletin has been issued for Tiana Serena Lewis-King.
Investigations are ongoing.
