NEWS FLASH: Two critical in Plaisance shooting

Police are now investigating a rideby shooting which has left Kevin Jr Bernard and his friend battling for their lives at the Georgetown Public Hospital.

The incident took place at around 21:00HRS at Bernard’s residence located at Prince William Street Plaisance East Coast Demerara.

Police said the the young men were liming in the yard when two men rode up on a motorcycle and opened fire at them before making good their escape.

The injured men were rushed to the hospital by relatives in a critical condition. When BIG Smith News Watch arrived at the Hospital Bernard’s relatives were reluctant to say what transpired but related that they are awaiting Bernard’s Mom to update them on his condition.
