
November 19 2024 — Minister of Education Priya Manickchand has unveiled a new educational resource aimed at assisting students and teachers of Grades 4, 5, and 6 in preparation for the National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA). The resource, which provides concise notes for NGSA Social Studies and Science, is designed to simplify complex content and enhance students’ comprehension of key topics.
Available online, the resource offers streamlined summaries and concept-based explanations to help students grasp essential material, practice question responses, and build confidence for their upcoming exams.
Minister Manickchand emphasized the importance of equipping students with practical and accessible tools to aid their academic success. She expressed her pleasure in ensuring that such initiatives are available and encouraged both students and teachers to make full use of these materials for effective learning and exam readiness.
This new initiative underscores the Ministry’s commitment to supporting primary education and ensuring that children are prepared for critical assessments in their academic journey.
