RECAPTURED: Kenraul Perez

The police in Police Regional Division 4B have arrested murder accused Kenraul Perez who along with three others escaped from the Lusignan Prison back in April 2020. 

BIG Smith News Watch has been informed that Perez and his brother were arrested by the police on Saturday night as anti-crime ranks ramp up their operations in the Timehri area following a spike in the reported cases of break and enter.

This publication was told that at the time of the arrest, Perez who has gained a considerable amount of weight since being on the run, attempt to mislead the police with respect to his real identity. Perez has been on the run for one year one month, and one day. 

He is presently being processed by the police for court tomorrow. Prison authorities have confirmed with the police that the man they have in custody is indeed the escaped inmate.
