In a high-stakes match with many playoff implications, the Gujarat Titans pulled off a stunning victory over the Royal Challengers Bangalore, thanks in large part to a brilliant century from Shubman Gill.

Chasing a daunting target of 198 runs, the Titans got off to a strong start, with Gill and Vijay Shankar putting on a 122-run partnership.

Gill then took charge, scoring a magnificent 104 runs off just 52 balls, including 5 fours and 8 sixes. His innings were a masterclass in aggressive batting, as he punished the RCB bowlers with a range of shots all around the ground.

The Titans eventually reached their target with 5 balls to spare, securing a crucial win that keeps them top of the TATA IPL leaders board.

The loss was a major blow to RCB’s playoff hopes, as they slipped to fifth place in the standings, behind the Mumbai Indians who secured the fourth spot.

The result was a testament to the importance of performing under pressure in the IPL, and a reminder of the incredible talent on display in the tournament. With the playoffs just around the corner, fans can expect more thrilling matches and standout performances from the likes of Gill and other top players.
