DEAD: 14 Year old Joshua Henry

14-year-old Joshua Henry of the Santa Rosa Secondary School died on Monday afternoon reportedly after he took his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. The Ministries of Education and Health have been encouraging citizens to get vaccinated as part of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

BIG Smith News Watch was told that the lad received his second dose of the vaccine having had his first shot last month.

Henry’s aunt who called this publication wailing inconsolably, related that after Henry took the shot at the primary school in the area, he returned home.

The woman said that within seconds of the boy getting home, he began to display visible signs of discomfort.

She said that Henry’s “light complexion” changed to “black” around his arm where the vaccine was administered.

Relatives quickly picked up the lad and took him to the Kumaka District Hospital which is located three miles away from his home. By the time, Henry got to the hospital, doctors pronounced him dead.

It is unclear if after taking the vaccinated the boy was advised to wait for observation as is normal procedure during the vaccination process.
