March 26 2025 – A break-and-enter and larceny charge against Satesh Madray, a 41-year-old contractor from Agriculture Road, Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara, has been dismissed after the victim requested no further action in the matter.

Madray was arrested on March 23, 2025, for allegedly breaking into the business place of Andre Marcus at Ogle, East Coast Demerara, on the same date.

He appeared before Magistrate Clive Nurse at Sparendaam Magistrates’ Court on March 26, 2025, where the charge was formally read. Madray pleaded not guilty to the offence.

Following the victim’s request for the case to be dropped, the matter was dismissed in court.
