Agriculture Minister, Zulfikar Mustapha, is currently holding discussions with farmers from the MMA-ADA Scheme to address and resolve longstanding land disputes and issues.

Minister Mustapha emphasized that the meeting was organized to gather first-hand information on land-related concerns within the scheme.

After reviewing over 100 issues raised by farmers, he announced that the majority were resolved on the spot, with only a few requiring further investigation by a special committee.

The minister also disclosed that an independent audit will soon be conducted at the MMA-ADA Authority to ensure transparency. He assured farmers that anyone found engaging in malpractice would face consequences.

Several board members, senior ministry officials, and members of the MMA Lands Committee were also in attendance.
