Albouystown mother of three murdered by reputed husband
DEAD: Clarabel Johnson
A mother of three was this morning pronounced dead at the Georgetown Public Hospital, where she was taken after her reputed husband and father of her children chopped her to the back of her leg, severing a main artery.
Dead is 28 year old Clarabel Johnson of Cooper Street, Albouystown, who was employed at Humphrey’s Bakery.
Johnson’s best friend told BIG Smith News Watch that this morning she was in bed when one of her children woke her up to say that Johnson was at her house, but according to the best friend, she went back to sleep.
It was shortly after that, that another friend reached out to her and indicated that they needed to take Johnson to the hospital as she was chopped to the back her leg.
The best friend related that when they got the scene her friend was already at the hospital, and when she got there, she was not allowed to go inside, given the Covid-19 restriction at the facility.
She related that shortly after, doctors came out to say that Johnson did not make it.
BIG Smith News Watch was told that the suspect whose name was given as ‘Dhal Back’, would usually tell the woman that if he cannot get her no one else can.
We were told that all three of the children the woman left behind were for the suspect and they are ages 7, 9 and 11.
The police are on the scene and continuing their investigations.
