No. 63 Beach Recreational Park officially commissoned

First Lady Arya Ali has officially commissioned the No. 63 Beach Recreational Park in Region Six, describing it as the largest recreational park developed under the National Beautification Project to date.
Ali announced the commissioning in a post on her social media pages, noting that No. 63 Beach has held sentimental value for generations of Guyanese but previously lacked the amenities and facilities needed to realise its full recreational potential.
The newly commissioned park forms part of ongoing efforts to improve recreational spaces and make them more accessible to families and communities across Guyana.
Mrs Ali said community development remains a priority and reaffirmed her commitment to supporting the development of recreational facilities across every region.
She also acknowledged the support of the Ministry of Public Works and the Regional Democratic Council of Region Six in bringing the project to completion.
