23-Y-O Linden man stabbed to death after dispute

A Sunday evening confrontation at Lovers Lane, Amelia’s Ward, Linden, turned deadly when a 23-year-old labourer was fatally stabbed during an altercation.
Dead is Tafawa Alexander of Scheme Hill, Wismar.
Accoring to police, the incident occurred at about 6:07 p.m., when Alexander became involved in a dispute with another man in the area. During the confrontation, he was allegedly stabbed multiple times about his body.
Alexander was rushed to the Mackenzie Hospital Complex, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
An examination of the body revealed stab wounds to the left upper chest, left upper arm, and the left side of his head.
The fatal stabbing has left residents of the community shocked as investigators work to determine the circumstances that led to the deadly encounter.
The matter remains under investigation.
