BREAKING: Identical twin killed in sister’s place by jilted lover

What was first reported to the police as an abduction turned out to be something different.
24 Year Old Ashanti Liverpool was early Tuesday morning killed by bullets which were intended for her twin sister, 24 Year Old Ishanti Liverpool.
The murder took place in the Dazzel Housing Scheme, East Coast Demerara.
The dead Liverpool was at the time racing to warn her sister that Stephan Hope, the man she no longer wanted a relationship with, was looking for her with a rifle.
BIG Smith News Watch was told that Ishanti and Hope shared a relationship but she broke it off and he has been bugging her ever since.
On Tuesday morning, Ashanti Liverpool was in bed with her boyfriend Nicholas when Hope walked into the room with a gun asking for Ishanti. At the time Ishanti was not in the house.
As Hope went outside looking for Ishanti, her sister Ashanti raced out to warn her that Hope was armed with a gun coming for her. Hope then chased down Ashanti and shot her dead.
Stephan Hope reportedly shot himself with the use of an AR rifle after shooting Liverpool, police sources said his self inflected wound was to the chest.
At the hospital Hope after hearing that Ashanti Liverpool died, asked the doctors not to work on him anymore as he had already committed the act and the hands of time cannot be turned back.
At the scene this morning, close relatives and friends gathered as news of the gruesome incident spread.
Home Affairs Minister Robeson Benn after learning of the incident visited the scene and comforted the surviving sister of the deceased.
Minister Benn the after listening to the circumstances surrounding the use and handling of the weapon by the security guard, ordered that all the weapons for the Onkar Persaud Security Company for which Hope worked, be seized with immediate effect until the investigations into the incident is complete.
Minister Benn told BIG Smith News Watch that the weapons will remain seized as an audit will be carried out into the management and operations of the security company.
