A significant step toward the development of Phase 4 in Amelia’s Ward, Linden, unfolded as more than 100 allottees were invited to participate in a crucial Lot Identification exercise earlier this week.
Conducted by surveyors from the Ministry, this exercise aimed at providing clarity and establishing ownership boundaries for each plot.
As part of the customary procedure, the Ministry’s surveyors meticulously led each lot owner to their designated plots, ensuring a seamless process of identification and demarcation of property lines. This exercise not only solidified the ownership rights of the allottees but also fostered a sense of community and understanding among the stakeholders.
Looking ahead, the Ministry is committed to extending this exercise to other individuals who have been allocated lots in the broader area. In parallel, a substantial allocation of 400 lots has already been made in the area.
