A substantial milestone has been achieved for Shieldstown, West Bank Berbice, as an additional 260 allottees now enjoy unimpeded access to their residential lots, paving the way for the commencement of construction activities.

January 10 marked the continuation of the lot identification exercise, with a new batch of individuals eagerly participating in this ongoing initiative.

Significant progress has already been made within the scheme, where internal roads and a comprehensive drainage network have been established. Moreover, in certain sections of the scheme, efforts to enhance the water infrastructure network are already underway.

The cumulative outcome of these endeavors has resulted in the allocation of over 700 residential lots in the area, demonstrating a commitment to facilitating community growth.

Noteworthy is the substantial investment of approximately $2 billion in infrastructure development, reflecting a dedication to creating a robust and well-equipped residential environment for the residents of Shieldstown, West Bank Berbice.
