12-Y-O walks into station, report her dad has been raping her

A 35 year old fisherman was arrested on Saturday by the police after his 12 year old daughter showed up at a police station and report that her father has been habitually raping her.

BIG Smith News Watch was told that a few days ago, both the father and mother of the child reported her missing after she ran away from home.

Upon arrival at the police station, the necessary steps were taken by the police in accordance with dealing with persons who are victims of sexual assault.

The Child Care and Protection Agency as been informed of the development and the young girl has since been taken into protective custody.
