A twenty-four-year-old man of Henrietta. Essequibo Coast, Region 2, was lashed to his head on Wednesday during an argument over a pack of biscuits. Injured and in a serious condition is Kurt Stephney. The alleged aggressor has been identified as a 43-year-old man.

The incident, according to what was communicated to BIG Smith News Watch, took place sometime between 08:15 and 08:30 yesterday morning in Henrietta Village, Essequibo Coast.

We were told that the suspect and victim, were at a roadside snackette when an argument started between them. It was reported the victim was the one who picked up a piece of wood and charged towards his challenger but he was quickly disarmed. The suspect then used the same piece of wood and lashed Stephanie to the head, which resulted in serious injuries.

The twenty-four-year-old unemployed man was rushed to the Suddie Public Hospital in an unconscious condition, before being transferred to the Georgetown Public Hospital.
