456 Traffic cases made on Wednesday

The Guyana Police Force’s Traffic Department recorded a whopping 456 cases on Wednesday.

 

An astounding 165 of  which were speeding and other nine Driving Under the Influence, among others.

 

According to the Force, enforcement is complemented by sustained education programs via lectures to schools, drivers, and bar owners, as well as those gathered at entertainment spots across the country.

 

The sustained effort is aimed at ensuring full compliance with our laws and respect for the road and all category of road users.
