11-Y-O Girl Dies Horrifically in Enmore Crash

A Sunday family outing ended in tragedy when 11-year-old Kimberly Singh was killed in a violent crash at Enmore New Housing Scheme, East Coast Demerara.
Police reported that the child was travelling with her parents and three younger siblings in a Canter truck (GAH 1139) driven by her father, 40-year-old Rupnarine Singh, when the vehicle careened off the road and plunged headfirst into a trench around midday.
Eyewitnesses recalled the chilling scene as the truck, carrying the family of six, lost control at high speed before slamming into the water-filled trench with a deafening crash. Inside, the screams of the terrified children and their mother were heard as water rushed in.
Residents rushed to the scene, pulling the bloodied and injured family from the mangled vehicle. Kimberly, however, was found motionless, her small body battered by the impact. She was rushed to the Enmore Regional Hospital, but doctors could only pronounce her dead on arrival.
Investigators revealed that Singh had taken the vehicle without proper permission. He had earlier met
