Derwin Drakes 27, called ‘Polo’, a Security Guard of Roxanne Burnham Gardens, and Sherwyn Quincy Davis 31, a Security Guard of East Ruimveldt Housing Scheme were charged with the offences of Possession of Firearm without License and Possession of Ammunition without License.

Drakes and Davis were arrested at the Fantasy Casino located at the Giftland Mall.

On Tuesday, the defendants appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court before acting Chief Magistrate Sherdell Isaacs-Marcus, where the two charges were read to them.
