A sixteen-year-old fell to his death earlier Saturday at a rice mill at Vilvorden on the Essequibo Coast. Based on reports reaching the Big Smith News Watch, the victim has been identified as Amar Dindyal, of the Pomeroon/Supenaam region.

Reports are that at the time of the incident, the teen was nailing zinc on a construction site, which is located in the compound of the Rice Mill. A witness who is also employed with Dindyal, said that the teen slipped and fell off the construction site, dying almost instantly.
The body was taken to the Suddie Public Hospital where it was later pronounced dead by a doctor.
This publication was told that the sixteen-year-old originates from a humble background, and would usually work to support his mother. More details will be provided as this story unfolds.
