South Dakota to host high-stakes karting weekend
The second round of the Need for Speed Karting Championship will be staged at the South Dakota Circuit on November 14 and 15.
Organiser Jumbo Jet Events has announced more than 17 million dollars in prizes across several classes. The winner of the LO206 Briggs & Stratton Light division will receive four million dollars, while several other champions will earn two million dollars.
The programme includes junior, cadet, female, rookie, senior and Supermoto divisions. Drivers aged 50 and older will also contest a dedicated professional category.
Qualifying is scheduled for November 14, with the main races beginning at 10:00 hrs the following day.
