Son who played with penis in front of his mother gets 18 months imprisonment
A Linden, Region 10 (Upper Demerara-Berbice) man was today jailed for 18 months after he was found guilty of exposure of genitals.
29-year-old Randy Joseph of Determa Street, Mackenzie Linden, appeared before Her Worship Wanda Fortune in the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
He was charged on October 21, 2020, with the offence of exposure of genitals, which occurred on October 17, 2020, Determa Street, Mackenzie Linden.
The court heard that on the day in question, he walked into his mother’s room and took his clothes off and began playing with his penis.
He was found guilty today by Her Worship Fortune and was sentenced to eighteen months imprisonment.
