“Small eye” found partially decapitated in North Ruimveldt lot

Residents of North Ruimveldt, Georgetown, were left shocked on Monday afternoon after the body of a man was discovered in an empty lot at the corner of Kaikan Street and Aubrey Barker Road.
The deceased has been identified as Edward Emanuel, a 62-year-old tradesman of 2501 Osama Street in the North Ruimveldt community.
Reports indicate that Emanuel appeared to have suffered a partial decapitation.
The body was discovered shortly after 3:00 p.m., today sending shockwaves through the usually quiet community.
Investigations are ongoing.
