Missing Berbice man found dead in bushes

44-Y-O Oneil McAlmont who was reported missing was found dead on today in West Coast Berbice.
McAlmont, also called “Boy,” of Hopetown Village, was last seen alive around 11:00 hrs on Monday in Number 28 Village, West Coast Berbice.
His body was discovered on Tuesday in a clump of bushes under circumstances that remain unclear.
Family members believe McAlmont may have taken his own life, noting that he had reportedly attempted suicide earlier this year. Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of death.
