The condition of Guyanese social media personality and rising artiste Lolita Callendar, popularly known as ‘Lola Doll,’ is reportedly improving after she was shot multiple times outside her home in Texas Square, East Ruimveldt, on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

In a statement, the police confirmed that medical staff have indicated Callendar’s condition has stabilized, and investigators have been able to speak with her regarding the incident.

In connection with the shooting, the first suspect arrested has been placed on $500,000 bail with reporting conditions, following the completion of the 72-hour detention period.

Meanwhile, Paul Daby Jr., also known as ‘Randell,’ remains in police custody as investigations continue.

Authorities have emphasized that the probe into the attack is ongoing.
