The process of issuing Agreements of Sale to allottees of the Plantation Leonora (West) Housing Scheme in Region Three continued on Wednesday at the head office of the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA).

Minister of Housing, Collin Croal, along with Minister within the Ministry, Vanessa Benn, were present to oversee the exercise and personally hand over Agreements of Sale to several beneficiaries.

Officials indicated that with this phase completed, allottees have now begun the process of obtaining their Certificates of Title—marking a significant step toward full home ownership.

The activity forms part of the Government’s broader housing programme aimed at expanding access to land ownership and regularising housing across the country.
